1. What this service is

Vizion Zone, an agency based in Bogotá, Colombia, operates customer support for its business clients on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. When you message one of those businesses, you are answered by an AI-powered automated assistant acting on behalf of the business, using the information the business provides to us.

These terms apply to anyone who converses with that assistant. By writing on these channels you accept these terms. Meta's terms of use for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger also apply.

2. You are talking to an automated assistant

  • It is not a person. Replies are generated by an artificial intelligence system.
  • You can ask for a person at any time. Write, for example, "I want to talk to a person" and the conversation is handed to a member of the business's team, within its business hours.
  • It can make mistakes. The assistant may give incomplete or inaccurate answers. For prices, availability, appointments or any important decision, the business's confirmation is the one that counts.
  • It does not give professional advice. Nothing the assistant says replaces the opinion of a health professional, a lawyer or any other specialist. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

3. Who is responsible for what

The business is responsible for its products, services, prices, promotions and appointments, and for the information it gives us so the assistant can reply. Vizion Zone is responsible for operating the assistant and the conversation inbox with reasonable care.

4. Acceptable use

When using the service you agree not to:

  • Send illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or sexually explicit content.
  • Impersonate another person or use third parties' data without their authorization.
  • Send spam, mass automated messages or malicious links.
  • Try to manipulate the assistant into revealing internal information, ignoring its instructions or acting against the business.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to access systems without authorization.

If these rules are broken, the business or Vizion Zone may stop replying to the conversation or block the contact.

Please do not send medical records, identity documents, passwords or financial data through these channels. The assistant does not need them to help you.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

  • The service depends on third-party platforms (Meta and our technology providers). We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every message will be answered immediately.
  • The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Vizion Zone is not liable for indirect damages arising from relying on the assistant's replies without confirming them with the business.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Colombian consumer protection law.

6. Your data

How we process your conversation data, which providers process it and how to ask us to delete it is explained in our privacy policy and on the data deletion page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

8. Changes

If we update these terms, we will publish the new version at this same address and change the "last updated" date at the top.
